Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Dry Fruits Consultant. The consultant will oversee product sourcing, quality assurance, supplier management, and inventory planning for a range of dry fruit products. Responsibilities include strategizing procurement plans, analyzing market trends, engaging with suppliers to ensure quality and pricing standards, and coordinating with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to promote dry fruit products and maintaining accurate product documentation.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Product Sourcing and Supplier Management
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Inventory Planning
  • Proven ability in Market Research and Analysis
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration in dynamic team settings
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in FMCG sector will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
