 Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Strategic Buying: Develop and execute buying strategies for home decor, furniture and lighting, aligning with company goals.
  • Vendor Relations: Cultivate supplier relationships and seek new partnerships in the home décor/lighting industry.
  • Product Curation: Collaborate with design teams to curate on-trend home decor and lighting assortments.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze sales, margins, and inventory turnover to drive informed decisions.
  • Market Trends: Stay current on home decor and lighting market trends and competitors.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate vendor terms for enhanced profitability.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams for unified strategies.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor the home decor and lighting buying and merchandising team.
Qualifications and Skills::-
  •  5-6+ years of experience in buying & merchandising.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  •  Proficiency in merchandising software
  •  Excellent communication and organizational abilities
