Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Training Executive is located in Amritsar. The Training Executive will be responsible for training and developing hotel staff, conducting training needs assessments, designing training programs, and leading training sessions. The role will also involve tracking training progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs provided to ensure high service levels within the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting training needs assessments and designing training programs
  • Proficiency in delivering training sessions and facilitating workshops
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to track progress and evaluate training program effectiveness
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
