Key Responsibilities
*Guest Service*: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
*Check-in/Check-out*: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
*Room Allocation*: Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and availability.
*Payment Handling*: Handle guest payments, process transactions, and manage billing.
*Communication*: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Problem-solving*: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
*Education*: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
*Experience*: Prior experience in front office operations or customer service.
*Skills*:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software.
