About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools. This role offers hands-on exposure to international IT business development, client acquisition, and digital sales strategy.
- Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and projects through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other B2B lead generation platforms.
- Create and send compelling Upwork proposals and LinkedIn outreach messages to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal technical team to prepare tailored proposals.
- Maintain and update the CRM database of leads, contacts, and project pipelines.
- Support senior business development executives in proposal writing, client communication, and deal negotiation.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in regular team meetings, sales strategy discussions, and training sessions.
- Maintain high professionalism and a target-oriented approach to achieve monthly goals.
###### Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Strong understanding of Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation (training will be provided if needed).
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, web, and mobile solutions.
- Good analytical and research skills for identifying relevant projects and potential clients.
- Ability to work under deadlines with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
