We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Representatives to join our real estate team. The role involves:
Generating leads through networking, calls, and client interactions.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Presenting project details and assisting clients in decision-making.
Coordinating with the sales and marketing team for conversions.
Meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Requirements:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations for residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon/Chandigarh.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage client relationships, handle walk-ins, site visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee office administration and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights to management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, property expos, and networking events.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and progress.
