Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Research potential markets and leads, attend networking events, and perform cold calls to identify new salon clients and individual students.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential salon partners to ensure retention and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales & Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies for the academy, create strategic business plans, and forecast sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, equip salons and students with the necessary technical and social skills to enhance sales, and serve as a point of contact for inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and ensure brand consistency and collaborate with other departments to meet business goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and growth areas, find new ways to reach existing markets, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales & Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and profitable partnerships.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically to identify new opportunities and develop effective business plans.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the beauty and salon industry, including products, services, and current trends.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to understand and explain the technical and social aspects of the academy's courses.
