Office Timing: 10AM to 6PM

Job Description:

Real Estate Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in promoting and maintaining their company's brand to generate business. They and project costing based on market feedback. Their responsibilities include:

  1. Basic Role: Collaborate with superiors to formulate sales propositions, project briefs, FAQs, complete Marketing Strategies
  2. Brand Establishment: Develop strategies and execute tactics that communicate the company's brand message.
  3. Performance Analysis: Review team performance, campaign analysis, target status, and competition status. Validate booking entries made by senior associates and hand over forms to the post-sales team.
  4. Collaboration: Execute marketing strategies in collaboration with other members of the real estate team.
  5. Digital Marketing: Managing the entire Digital Marketing Campaigns, optimisation of Ads Budget, and Getting work done with Marketing Agencies- online and offline

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate business
  • 3 Years+ Experience in Digital / Offline Marketing
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and Punjabi
  • Must have own Vehicle
  • Knowledge of Graphic Designing / Photography is preferred
  • Must be Graduate or plus

Offer Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 + Incentive Upto Rs. 50,000
