Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all the qualified leads and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for new property launches and inventory movement.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, digital platforms, and fieldwork.
  • Oversee end-to-end client relationship management – from first contact to closure.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasting to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional events.
  • Ensure complete compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and legal documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
