Job Summary: Evermark Developers & Promoters is hiring an experienced AGM – Sales to lead and expand our real estate sales operations in Kharar. The ideal candidate will have a strong channel partner (CP) network, proven leadership in real estate sales, and the ability to drive high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Min 3 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
