About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic In-House Sales Executive to handle inbound inquiries, service calls, and customer follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right solutions—all from an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, answer product/service queries
  • Make follow-up and service calls to existing customers
  • Convert incoming leads into sales opportunities
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/software
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare daily/weekly call and sales reports

Preferred Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English as needed)
  • Confident on calls with a customer-first mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Ability to multitask and maintain call quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Females are preferred
