The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while mentoring the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales with end-to-end sales cycle management.
  • Must have knowledge of digital marketing services.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Own conveyance is must.
