Job Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in resort construction and working on terrain or contour (uneven) land. The candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while effectively managing design, site, and contractor teams in challenging topographical conditions.

What you'll do

  • Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for terrain development and resort projects.
  • Work closely with architects, landscape designers, consultants, and interior designers for resort concepts and layouts.
  • Review and finalize master plans, elevation drawings, structural designs, and MEP services.
  • Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices suitable for resorts
  • Identify, evaluate, and finalize contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews
  • Implement quality control procedures across all project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Regularly audit construction processes for adherence to specifications.
  • Lead a team of engineers, site supervisors, and project coordinators.
  • Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members for professional growth

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in handling resort construction projects and working on hilly or terrain(uneven/contour) lands is mandatory
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in terrain land development & resort construction.
  • Proven track record of completing projects within timelines and budgets.
