Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Provide office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals (excluding calendar management and other personal support tasks).
- Collaborate with team members within the business unit; interactions are primarily for specifying activities, planning, and providing explanations on technical issues.
- Manage standardized project processes with established guidelines, some flexibility in planning and execution.
- Handle targeted clients based on predefined contracts and frameworks, with limited latitude for deviations.
Required Qualifications: -
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): -
- Years of experience: Min 3 years
- Field of experience: In Admin Assistant Role
