About the Role
Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company in the AI-powered sales intelligence and automation domain, is looking for an Enterprise Sales Specialist who can independently handle the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demo, negotiation, and closure for global enterprise clients.
This is a pure individual contributor role for a proven closer who thrives on results, ownership, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities through strategic outreach, email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and demos for CXOs and senior decision-makers across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC.
- Own the complete sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Consistently achieve $30K–$50K+ in monthly revenue through new client acquisitions.
- Use advanced sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Smartlead, etc.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with leadership on GTM strategy, pricing, and client engagement plans.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12–20 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT, or service-based industries.
- Proven record of closing high-value international deals and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills — cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and consultative pitching.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and decision cycles.
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and familiar with modern sales enablement and AI tools.
- Experience in a startup or early-stage environment preferred.
- Must be based in Bangalore and available for immediate joining.
