About the Role

A fast-growing global SaaS and data-intelligence company is looking for a proven Enterprise Sales Specialist to join its founding team in Bangalore.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on generating and closing new B2B business across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of B2B sales experience and a consistent record of achieving USD $50,000+ in monthly sales through SaaS, subscription, or service-based offerings.

You will work directly with the founding team and will be expected to actively prospect, make cold calls daily, and personally close deals during the company's growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete global sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Make daily cold calls and direct outbound outreach to engage qualified leads and decision-makers.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets of USD $50K +.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain detailed CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine GTM strategy and revenue plans.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXO-level clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT services, or subscriptions.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-value monthly sales targets ($50K +).
  • Strong cold-calling discipline comfortable making daily calls and driving your own pipeline.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and commission-oriented.
  • Mature, adaptable, and open to changing shifts or business needs.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
