We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with expertise in Marketing Technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and 6+ years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing technology initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in marketing technology.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead in marketing technology, with a focus on IT Services & Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
