Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner / Nursing Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the onboarding and training of healthcare workers. Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Bengali and/or Nepali, as we aim to build stronger representation and inclusivity in our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Manage induction processes for new healthcare workers and ensure they are aligned with Kinship Foundations values.
  • Database & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of healthcare workers, placements, and compliance documents.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for healthcare workers, addressing queries, grievances, and providing guidance.
  • HR Operations: Support payroll coordination, attendance, and other day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Community Engagement: Build trust and relationships with healthcare workers, especially from the North-East, to foster inclusion and support retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in Nursing or HR (any discipline, preference for HR/Management background).
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR/ Nursing (internship/volunteering experience will also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali/ and Nepali
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing documentation.
  • Empathy and cultural sensitivity, especially in working with diverse healthcare worker communities.
