Role & responsibilities

  • Inspecting incoming materials and products for quality and compliance with specifications specifically of mechanica products
  • Performing tests and measurements using appropriate equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records of inspections.
  • Identifying and reporting non-conforming products or materials to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating reports to address quality issues and improve quality standards
  • Maintaining inspection logs to ensure a history of parts received is recorded.

    These responsibilities are crucial for ensuring that materials meet the required quality standards before they are used in production.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Inspection of mechanical raw components received
  • Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis 4M
  • Familiar with quality standards, 5S implementation, and Kaizen practices Quality documentation, and basic CAPA handling
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities
  • Good communication and professional work ethics Basiccomputerskills (MS Excel, Word, Email )
  • Practical experience in IPQC, OQC, LQC, and PDI inspection
