Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed company standards. Responsibilities include conducting inspections across production stages, developing quality assurance protocols, training staff on quality standards, and collaborating with the production team to address and resolve quality issues. The role also involves monitoring compliance with industry regulations and continuously improving quality management systems.

  • Proficiency in quality control processes, standards development, and process improvement
  • Ability to conduct detailed inspections and audits across various production phases
  • Skills in team training, collaboration, and communication to maintain quality standards
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience with document control systems and quality management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in the furniture manufacturing or home decor industry is advantageous
