We are seeking a detail-oriented
Quality / Billing Engineer
to oversee quality control, billing verification, and documentation for our real estate developments. The role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost management to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities

For Quality Engineer:

  • Monitor and ensure construction quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Conduct material testing and maintain proper records of test results.
  • Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety norms.

For Billing Engineer:

  • Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) bills and quantity estimates as per site progress.
  • Check and validate contractor measurements and quantities against drawings and BOQ.
  • Maintain documentation for work done, material reconciliation, and cost tracking.
  • Assist in preparing cost analysis, budget forecasts, and reconciliation statements.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for accurate billing and timely approvals.

Requirements

  • Qualification:
    B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
    5–6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, measurement techniques, and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Excel-based billing formats.
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
