We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage the execution and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our real estate developments. The role demands strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely completion with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and monitor all MEP works at project sites.
  • Review MEP drawings, designs, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality norms, IS codes, and local regulations.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation, material records, and progress reports.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant Experience: 8–10 years of experience in MEP works for residential or commercial real estate projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP design, execution, and coordination processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
