Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage our ongoing and upcoming real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and adherence to quality and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors for design and execution alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Manage procurement schedules and material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of project management experience in real estate, preferably in commercial and residential developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and project scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
