As a Website Development Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating website development projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content specialists, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional web, mobile and design solutions. Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for website development projects, marketing design projects and ensure alignment with company requirements and company goals.
  2. Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for company group heads and marketing and commercial functions, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
  3. Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and senior management across company jurisdictions, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  4. Scope Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure that project requirements are clearly communicated to the development team.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in the project and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to keep the multiple projects on track, ensuring resources are fully utilised.
  6. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that the final website or other marketing requirements meets or exceeds expectations and adheres to industry standards.
  7. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and issues to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and boards, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing project management processes and workflows.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in website development or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and best practices.
  4. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
