Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of the project within approved budgets and programme. Lead and coordinate all site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and heritage aesthetics.
  • Implement value engineering across project stages to optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and local regulations.
  • Report progress and key metrics through high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Perform any other duties that the company management may entrust, as per project or organizational needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record with real estate developers or PMC firms in similar project deliveries.
  • Strong exposure to ultra-luxury or heritage-themed developments.
  • Expert in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, co-ordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Efficient reporting & good presentation skills
