  • Industry Preference: Infrastructure Consultancy / Construction / EPC Firms

  • Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, manpower planning, and coordination with departments.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Implement and update HR policies; ensure adherence to labour laws, PF/ESI, leave rules, and statutory requirements.
  • Employee Onboarding: Handle offer letters, joining formalities, induction, documentation, and employee file management.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan engagement activities, team events, internal communication, and support performance review cycles.
  • Salary & Compensation: Manage payroll inputs, attendance/leave monitoring, HRMS updates, confirmations, and appraisals.
  • Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns professionally, ensure timely resolution, and maintain confidentiality.
  • General HR Operations: Prepare HR MIS, coordinate with project sites, and support management in manpower planning and HR administration.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience in infrastructure consultancy, construction, EPC, or engineering firms will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Formal HR qualification (Bachelors degree/MBA/PGDM in HRM) preferred.
