Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Jodhpur. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical support and solutions, and assisting in the sales process by demonstrating technical knowledge and field expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with customers, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, resolving technical queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Technical Support skills to address customer inquiries and provide efficient solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to convey technical information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and contribute to project success
  • Prior experience in industrial solutions, automation, or related industries is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to client locations as needed
