Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive revenue growth, build brand visibility, and develop strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client information.

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage social media platforms, website updates, and online campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design/content team for marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.).
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of marketing tools, digital platforms, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 25 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media).
