About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Support and Desktop Services Specialist to join our IT team. The role requires expertise in managing network infrastructure, security, cloud services, and desktop/end-user support. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Management

  • Design, implement, and maintain network policies, procedures, and security frameworks.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, WAN, LAN, WLAN, and WiFi.
  • Implement Zero Trust network security, IPsec tunnels, and secure communications.
  • Deploy and manage IP Telephony/VoIP infrastructure.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Manage Microsoft Azure VPN and hybrid cloud networking solutions.

Desktop Services & Endpoint Management

  • Configure and manage Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and permissions.
  • Deploy and maintain Intune policies for device management.
  • Provide ongoing support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot printers, endpoint security, and software deployment.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle.

General IT Support

  • Document IT processes and configurations.
  • Support infrastructure upgrade projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards.
  • Provide after-hours support when required.
