A Operation manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling business operations to achieve goals and developing strategies and budgets, managing staff and performance, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring compliance and risk management

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: Developing business plans, setting objectives, and creating strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Operations management: Overseeing daily operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring efficiency across departments.
  • Financial management: Developing and managing budgets and financial plans.
  • Human resources: Staffing, scheduling, training, and motivating employees; also includes performance management and addressing staff concerns.
  • Leadership: Leading and motivating teams, making decisions, and serving as a liaison within and outside the organization.
  • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks to support organizational success and compliance.
  • Reporting: Monitoring performance and reporting on progress to executives

Required Skills

  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience in operations or management roles is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
