Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Operations based in Navi Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational activities, overseeing telecalling, data entry, and field processes, ensuring service quality, coordinating with teams across multiple hubs, and driving operational efficiency. The role will also involve monitoring team performance, implementing process improvements, and reporting key operational metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in operational management, process optimization, and team coordination
  • Knowledge of telecalling operations, data entry processes, and on-field activities
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and operational technologies like predictive dialers
  • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in financial services, collections, or related fields (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
