Lead Generation Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduation required).
Experience:
- 0–6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients or customers through various channels (social media, databases, referrals, websites, etc.).
- Research companies, industries, and target markets to create a qualified lead list.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Outreach & Initial Contact
- Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, social media, or other communication channels.
- Initiate conversations to understand the prospect's needs and interest in products/services.
- Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
- Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM systems.
- Update lead status regularly to track conversion progress.
- Segment leads based on priority, industry, or interest for targeted campaigns.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Work with marketing to follow up on campaigns and campaign-generated leads.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market response to improve outreach strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track metrics such as number of leads generated, conversion rate, and response rate.
- Prepare reports for management to show lead generation effectiveness.
- Continuously analyze methods to improve lead generation efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement
- Learn and adapt new lead generation tools and techniques.
- Identify gaps in lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.

- CRM software familiarity
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
