Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating business leads, reaching out to prospects via calls and digital platforms, and converting them into long-term clients. This role blends sales, client acquisition, and digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO, ads, and cold calling.
- Make client calls, follow-ups, and meetings to convert leads into clients.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
- Perform SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Maintain and nurture strong client relationships.
- Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or digital marketing.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and negotiations.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and digital funnels.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi (mandatory).
- Target-oriented with a growth mindset.
