Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle ERP Delivery Manager to join our Oracle Fusion Services team. This role focuses on Team Leadership, Delivery Management, Project Management and Stakeholder Management for Oracle ERP Environments. Experience on Oracle environment and technologies is necessary as is understanding of key business processes of Financials, SCM, and other Modules.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Technology Delivery with experience of delivering projects on Oracle ERP.
  • Sound understanding of Oracle ERP Modules and functionalities with hands on experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and structured thinking
  • Very strong Project Management and Delivery Management skillset with experience across Project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, timeline estimation and stakeholder management.
  • Ability and experience of dealing and presenting to top stakeholders incl CXOs
  • Sound understanding of technology, data, technical designs and functional designs
  • Strong Powerpoint, Excel and Documentation skills
  • Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams and strong understanding of business transaction and process flows
