Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oracle CPQ Implementation:
  • Lead and support Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation projects, including gathering requirements, designing configurations, and ensuring system integration with other enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle ERP, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Configure pricing rules, quote templates, discounting models, and approval workflows within Oracle CPQ.
  • Ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems to Oracle CPQ.
  1. Business Analysis & Solution Design:
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide best practices and recommendations for configuring CPQ solutions to meet business needs.
  • Design and document processes for end-users and ensure that CPQ features align with sales workflows and goals.
  1. Customization & Integration:
  • Customize Oracle CPQ using scripting, rules, and advanced configuration features to support complex business models.
  • Integrate Oracle CPQ with other enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
  1. Testing & Troubleshooting:
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to thec
  • Optimize CPQ processes to ensure maximum efficiency and user satisfaction.
  1. User Training & Support:
  • Provide training to business users and sales teams on how to use Oracle CPQ efficiently.
  • Offer ongoing post-implementation support and maintenance, including handling change requests and system updates.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Create documentation for configurations, user guides, and process flows.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle CPQ solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud, including advanced configuration and integration.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CPQ best practices.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Oracle CPQ scripting (e.g., using tools like Oracle CPQ Scripting and CPQ API).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce).
  • Business Skills:
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working directly with business users, particularly in sales and finance teams.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications:
  • Oracle CPQ Cloud certification (preferred).
Desired Qualities:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with business leaders and technical teams.
  • Experience in the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) of an Oracle CPQ implementation.
