Job Overview:
Join leading International BPOs under one roof for multiple opportunities in Voice-based processes, including:
- Customer Service Deliver exceptional support and query resolution.
- Sales Engage customers and drive revenue through consultative selling.
- Collections Manage payment follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.
- Travel Assist global customers with bookings, reservations, and itinerary support.
- Technical Support Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns efficiently.
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls with professionalism.
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer queries within defined timelines.
- Deliver excellent communication to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Maintain call quality standards as per process requirements.
- Meet performance metrics like First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and adherence.
- Work in rotational shifts as per US/UK/International business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Undergraduates/Graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Superior command of spoken English with excellent articulation is mandatory.
- Location: Applicants must be based in Delhi NCR.
- Availability: Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work in night shifts is essential.
