Job Overview:

Join leading International BPOs under one roof for multiple opportunities in Voice-based processes, including:

  • Customer Service Deliver exceptional support and query resolution.
  • Sales Engage customers and drive revenue through consultative selling.
  • Collections Manage payment follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.
  • Travel Assist global customers with bookings, reservations, and itinerary support.
  • Technical Support Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns efficiently.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate resolutions to customer queries within defined timelines.
  • Deliver excellent communication to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Maintain call quality standards as per process requirements.
  • Meet performance metrics like First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and adherence.
  • Work in rotational shifts as per US/UK/International business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Undergraduates/Graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Superior command of spoken English with excellent articulation is mandatory.
  • Location: Applicants must be based in Delhi NCR.
  • Availability: Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work in night shifts is essential.
