
Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Sales and marketing of Healthy and Organic Food Products.
Dynamic sales and marketing professionals responsible for customer acquisition, sales conversion, and local market development. Focus on both in-store sales excellence and external marketing activities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance & Customer Acquisition
- Achieve individual daily and monthly sales targets
- Focus on consultative selling and customer education
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing customer base
- Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies
- Support customer consultation and health-focused product recommendations
Local Marketing & Promotion
- Execute door-to-door marketing campaigns in assigned areas
- Conduct product sampling and demonstration activities
- Participate in community events and health camps
- Build relationships with local societies, gyms, and healthcare facilities
- Implement referral programs and word-of-mouth marketing
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain customer database and communication records
- Follow up with customers for repeat purchases and feedback
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Support loyalty program enrollment and engagement
- Collect market intelligence and customer insights
Market Development Activities
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Conduct market surveys and competitive intelligence gathering
- Support partnership development with local businesses
- Assist in event organization and promotional campaigns
- Contribute to marketing strategy development and execution
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline, marketing background preferred
- Experience: 2-4 years in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Skills: Sales techniques, communication, relationship building, market research
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in health/organic products or FMCG sales
- Local area knowledge and community connections
- Understanding of nutrition and health benefits
- Multilingual capabilities (Gujarati/Hindi/English)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
