**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintaining CRM**:Keep detailed records of interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure accurate and timely data entry to enable effective tracking of prospects and pipeline management.
- **Setting Appointments**: Schedule meetings or demos between qualified prospects and account executives or sales managers.
- **Follow-Up and Nurturing**:Re-engage leads that may not be ready to purchase immediately but could be valuable in the future.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:Provide feedback from prospects to sales and product teams to help refine strategies and offerings.
- **Building Relationships**: Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, establishing trust and credibility.
- **Market Research**:Understand market trends, customer pain points, and competitors to effectively position the company’s offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
