Relation Officer/ Relationship Manager

Location : Indore, Dewas, Dhar, Pathimpur, Bangalore,Bidadi,Dodaspet,narsapurau,Anekal,Hosur

Qualification : Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in secured lending, Small Business Loans, or Banking preferred / micro loan against property industry.

Pay roll: Employees under partner payroll

Skill Set :

  • Direct sales and field marketing skills
  • Personally generate leads through cold calling, field visits, market mapping, and references.
  • Focus exclusively on self-sourced customers (no DSA/channel reliance).
  • Identify eligible micro business owners, traders, and self-employed individuals.
  • Meet monthly targets for applications, sanction, and disbursals.
  • Drive disbursal of small ticket LAP loans within defined turnaround times.
  • Customer Interaction & Documentation
  • Report daily field activities and leads in the companys MIS or mobile app.
  • Follow internal credit policies, compliance standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
