Sales and Marketing Officer

**Key Responsibilities:Sales**:

- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, visits, and networking.
- Present company products to clients and explain technical specifications (e.g., hardware, fasteners, IMTP, etc.).
- Prepare and send quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Visit industrial regions, plants, and project sites for business development.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service.

**Marketing**:

- Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote company products.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Assist in preparing brochures, product catalogs, and digital content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage the company’s online presence (social media, website, etc.).
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for product improvement or strategy refinement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sector).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and client requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and outstation meetings.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of stainless steel fasteners, industrial components, or project supply is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,050.05 - ₹15,000.00 per month
