Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Relationship Manager, located in Dewas. The Key Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts and relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will actively engage with clients to understand their needs, offer suitable products, and assist in achieving their financial objectives. The role also includes maintaining thorough client records, conducting regular follow-ups, and participating in client events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to understand and meet client needs
  • Experience in financial planning and providing tailored financial solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed client records and conducting follow-ups
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
