Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 25 years of experience in sales of HL / LAP products (Banking or NBFC).
  • Local market knowledge of Indore, Bhopal & Dhar is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

    Role & responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
  • Source new customers for Home Loan & LAP products through open market, connectors, DSA, and direct sourcing channels.
  • Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets as per business plan.
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities (insurance, top-up loans, balance transfer, etc.).
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat/referral business.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt query resolution.
  • Market & Channel Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and real estate agents.
  • Manage and motivate DSA/Connector network for lead generation.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
  • Process & Compliance:
  • Ensure credit quality and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation, KYC compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical/legal teams for smooth disbursement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Home Loan and Loan Against Property products.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and channel relationships.
  • Target-oriented with a sales mindset.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
