Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Noida, U.P. for a Faculty member in Food Production specializing in Indian and Italian Cuisine and Bakery and Patisserie. Responsibilities include designing and delivering lectures, practical demonstrations, and workshops on Indian and Italian culinary techniques, recipes, and kitchen management. Additional duties include mentoring students, assessing their performance, revising curriculum content to stay updated with industry trends, and collaborating with the faculty team to ensure an exceptional learning experience for students.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Indian and Italian Cuisine, with hands-on knowledge of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques.
  • Exceptional teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills to engage and motivate students effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities for curriculum planning and ensuring timely course delivery.
  • Proficiency in conducting demonstrations and teaching food production fundamentals and advanced cooking methods.
  • Ability to remain updated on global culinary trends and emerging cooking technologies and apply them to curriculum development.
  • Previous teaching experience or industry-related experience in food production is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for fostering student growth and culinary innovation.
