**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering Lectures and practical sessions in food production, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques.
- Design and update course content in line with industry trends and academic standards
- Supervise kitchen labs, ensuring safety, hygiene, and discipline
- Mentor students on culinary skills, career readiness, and industry expectations
- Organize culinary workshops, competitions, and guest sessions to enrich learning
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical, and exams
- Collaborate with faculty and academic coordinators to maintain program quality
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in professional kitchens or culinary education
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with global cuisines and modern culinary practices
**Preferred Skills**
- Expertise in Indian and international cuisines
- Ability to manage diverse student groups
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
