Role Overview:
- Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and prospecting.
- Engage warm accounts handed over by marketing, converting leads into meetings and qualified opportunities.
- Book meetings, nurture prospects, and ensure smooth handoff to sales for further conversion.
- Own pipeline generation and consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and prospect new accounts to build top-of-funnel pipeline.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Follow up with warm leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Qualify prospects and book meetings with decision makers.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in outbound B2B sales or SDR roles.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
