Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships for interior design projects. The role demands proactive market engagement, client acquisition, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.
- Meet potential clients (residential, commercial, architects, builders, contractors).
- Understand client requirements and propose customized interior & ceiling solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and agreements.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Represent Dica An Deco at events, exhibitions, and society-level promotions.
- Collaborate with the design & execution team to deliver client satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market insights with management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation & client-handling ability.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets in interiors.
- Good knowledge of false ceiling, interior décor, and material trends (preferred).
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and in a team.
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and market visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Familiar with MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn.
