**Job Title**: Sales & Sourcing Executive (Real Estate)
**Location**: Hinjewadi & Baner

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and source potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective buyers and investors.
- **Sales Management**:
- Present and promote the company’s real estate offerings (residential/commercial properties) to clients.
- Conduct site visits with clients to showcase properties and explain key features.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales deals.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to understand current trends, pricing, and customer preferences in the real estate market.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build long-term relationships with customers and address their queries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Documentation & Coordination**:
- Assist clients in the documentation process, including agreements, legal formalities, and registrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for smooth transactions.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- MBA in Marketing (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
