AI-driven forecasting, demand aggregation, and supply chain optimization allow us to minimize waste, ensure timely deliveries, and scale sustainably.

Role Overview

As an
Operations Intern
, you'll be on the frontlines of execution ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly across sourcing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. You'll work closely with the founding team, suppliers, and customers to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily order processing, fulfillment, and dispatch coordination
  • Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Track inventory levels, identify gaps, and support restocking workflows
  • Monitor and report key metrics (e.g. fill rates, delivery time, spoilage)
  • Support the implementation of tech tools across the supply chain
  • Solve on-ground operational challenges with agility and ownership

What We're Looking For

  • Students or recent grads in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Hands-on attitude with willingness to get into the details
  • Prior experience in supply chain, FMCG, or agri/logistics startups is a plus
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic operations tools
