What you will do?

  • Set up and manage supply chain for made-to-order garment production.

     
  • Handle vendor relationships for fabrics, digital printing, and stitching units.

     
  • Map production workflows that can scale with demand.

     
  • Work closely with the tech team to ensure digital designs are production-feasible.

     

What we are looking for:

  • 3-6 years in garment/textile manufacturing or D2C ops.
  • Strong vendor/cluster contacts (Tiruppur/Surat/Delhi a big plus).
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with lean ops.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch and scale efficiently.

Salary: 5-6 LPA Plus ESOPs
