About The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Manager – Supply Chain Management (Global Logistics, Storage & Last Mile Operations).

This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end logistics, storage, and last-mile delivery operations across international and domestic markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in international logistics, customs clearance, Amazon operations, website orders, dropship orders, and inventory management.

What You'll Do:

Global Logistics & Storage

• Manage FOB international shipments (FCL, LCL, Air), freight negotiations, customs documentation, and clearances with CHAs.
• Handle Amazon FOB Orders (Century booking, manifests, SSCC labels, and invoice corrections).
• Coordinate air shipments, samples, and documentation (e.g., Form AI, fumigation certificates).
• Oversee invoice reconciliation and stock reporting with 3PLs, forwarders, and accounts teams.

Last Mile Operations

• Lead Amazon operations (Vendor Central DDP, Seller Central – FBA, MFN, FBM, MCF, Direct Fulfillment).
• Manage website orders (US, UK, CA) including inventory, unshipped/backorders.
• Oversee dropship & sales orders (Costco, Macy's, Entertainer, Walmart, etc.) and ensure timely processing, escalations, and influencer/marketing orders.
• Maintain shipment tracking, inventory management, and closing stock reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in international logistics, customs clearance & Amazon operations.
• Hands-on experience in website & dropship order management, inventory tracking, and 3PL coordination.
• Excellent negotiation, reconciliation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup culture.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 8–10 years in global logistics, supply chain, and last-mile operations.
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chain operations in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Flexibility & Ownership: Comfortable adapting to business needs and taking full ownership of outcomes.
